How to Create a Service Request for Withdrawal of Funds on BFSConnect
Welcome to BFSConnect, our client service portal. This guide will walk you through the process of creating a service request for the withdrawal of funds from an existing account.

Accessing the Withdraw Funds Request Dashboard
- Click on "Service Request" in the top toolbar.
- Select "Withdraw Funds Request" from the dropdown menu.

Initiating a New Withdraw Funds Request
- On the Withdraw Funds Request Dashboard, click "Add New" to create a new request.
- Select the account from which you wish to withdraw funds.

Providing Withdrawal Details
- Choose the withdrawal transfer type and specify the amount and time of withdrawal.
- Ensure that the withdrawal date is set to 31 days after the maturity date.
- Enter the withdrawal amount and any necessary narration.

Account Closure and Transfer Information
- Indicate whether the account is to be closed (yes or no).
- Provide the internal transfer account details if applicable.

Selecting Signatory and Submitting Request
- Choose the signatory for the transaction.
- Once all details are entered, click "Submit Request."
